PSC Shipping Policy, Including Drop Ship and Third-Party Shipping
General Shipping Policy
US Domestic Shipping
"Domestic" shipping is defined as delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Business days: Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM CST, excluding national holidays.
The default shipping option is via UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and Federal Express shipping options are available when requested.
Same-day standard domestic shipping for in-stock items ordered by 2:30PM CST.
Orders placed after the 2:30 PM CST cut-off time will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery times are estimated. PSC is not responsible for delivery delays.
A Buyer may use a Third-Party shipping account.
Shipping costs are calculated when orders are processed for shipment.
Additional fees may apply based on service, weight, dimensions, and/or location.
Address information accuracy is the responsibility of the Buyer. PSC will make every effort to verify shipping addresses for accuracy. If the address cannot be verified through USPS Address Verification, the package will not be shipped unless approved by the Buyer. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for lost, returned, or undeliverable packages.
PSC makes every effort to verify shipping addresses for accuracy but is not responsible for undeliverable orders or extra fees (e.g., redirect fee) resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information.

International Shipping
"International" shipping is defined as any delivery address outside the United States and its territories.
Orders shipping overseas must be prepaid prior to shipping. Orders may take additional time to ship due to payment verification. The sales invoice will reflect actual product prices for items shipped and CANNOT be altered.
In some cases, ALL documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, SLI) must be provided by the Buyer for international orders.
PSC offers international shipping via UPS or FedEx.
The Buyer has the option of arranging the shipping with their carrier of choice and sending PSC labels and all required documentation.

The Buyer is responsible for all non-standard shipping charges (e.g., special handling, weight, oversize, etc.).
Items entering other countries are subject to import duties and customs inspection. Additional fees may be incurred. These fees will be billed to the Receiver aka Buyer by the carrier at the time of delivery. PSC is not responsible for and will not pay import duties, customs, and any other additional fees unless otherwise specified.
Shipments that are replacements for warranty items will be noted as such.

Drop Ship Orders
A Drop Ship fee will be charged on all drop ship orders.
Buyers are responsible for state sales tax for drop ship orders unless the Buyer has NEXUS exemption. To determine the Buyer’s tax obligation in a particular state, please go to http://tinyurl.com/fjtjpur2.
PSC will ship all packages “Signature Required Delivery” unless otherwise specified. Buyers can opt out of this requirement. If the Buyer opts out, PSC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier indicates an order has been delivered, lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the Buyer. Lost package claims should be filed with the carrier.
Insurance is required for all packages over $100.00. Buyers can opt out of this requirement. Once the carrier indicates an order has been delivered, lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the Buyer. Lost package claims should be filed with the carrier.
A Buyer may use a Third-Party shipping account. Please complete the information on Pages 3-4 and provide the Buyer’s UPS or FedEx shipping account number. PSC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped on a Third-Party account.
Web Orders
All web orders will ship UPS ground.
Insurance or Signature required can NOT be added.
All web orders will NOT have free shipping or delivery.
